One Media:

I had heard about the Book “RANGE” written by David Epstein and wanted to read it. I hadn’t bought the book and was occupied with some of my projects which reduced my reading time. One Tool:

Kasaz is a trusted property website for buying and selling apartments. They have verified and cross-checked all properties. Accurate photos and location make it easier for buyers to get a real deal rather than cluttered and bad-quality pictures. Dr. Sébastien Marion is the CEO of Kasaz, I had the opportunity to help Kasaz start its growth and experimentation efforts.

One Framework:

This week’s framework is called the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix which helps businesses prioritize their different products and services. It is a table, split into four quadrants, each with its own unique symbol that represents a certain degree of profitability: question marks, stars, dogs, and cash cows.

The growth-share matrix aids the company in deciding which products or units to either keep, sell, or invest more in.
