One Framework:
MoSCow is a prioritisation framework for managing project requirements. It’s one of the simplest methods to evaluate the relative importance of each task. MoSCow should ideally be used in the early phase of a company that doesn’t require significant technical input.
Here are some examples per prioritisation:
Must-Have - Security, backend encryption of your data for an app
Should Have - Performance improvements, minor bug fixes, or new functionality
Could Have - Font or change of colour
Would Not Have - Initiatives here are not a priority in the specific time frame and may be part of future decisions
Use MoSCoW before your take on a new project. It’s easy to start and then you can add other frameworks such as Kano Model if you require an impact system.
