News:

ChatGPT can now schedule tasks for you.

It can remind you about important things, like your mom’s birthday, or give you daily updates.

This feature is still new but sounds really useful.

I’m excited about this because it could help me stay organized.

Have you tried setting up any tasks yet?

Microsoft’s AutoGen got a big update.

The new version, AutoGen v0.4, makes building and managing AI agents easier.

It’s now more flexible and can work better with other systems.

This will help a lot of developers.

Have you used AutoGen before?

If not, now might be a good time to try.

OpenAI is looking for a Robotics Hardware Engineer.

They’re working on making robots that can do more things in the real world.

This job could be a great opportunity for someone with experience in designing robotic systems.

I’m excited to see what kind of robots they create.

Would you want a robot to help around your house?

One Guide : Create a Presentation in Under an Hour with AI

Step 1: Choose Your Topic

Pick a topic that you are passionate about or have at hand. Having a clear topic will streamline the process.

Step 2: Use Gemini for Research

Head over to Gemini and make sure you have the advanced version.

Switch the model to Gemini Pro with Deep Research.

Enter your topic and let Gemini work its magic, gathering the best information from around 100 websites in minutes.

Step 3: Create a Google Doc

Once Gemini has completed its research, create a Google Doc using the button on the top right.

This will compile all the gathered information into a single document.

Step 4: Generate an Outline with ChatGPT

Copy the information from your Google Doc and head to ChatGPT.

Use GPT-4o to create an outline for your presentation slides.

Feel free to tweak the outline to fit your needs better.

Step 5: Finalize with Gamma AI

Take the outline from ChatGPT and go to Gamma AI.

Create a new presentation by pasting the outline into the text box.

Instruct Gamma AI to break down the text into individual slides.

Add any additional instructions and details to refine each slide.

Final Step: Refine and Personalize

Spend another 15-30 minutes cleaning up your presentation.

Change pictures, tweak text, and ensure everything looks polished.

And there you have it—a professional presentation on any topic, created in less than an hour!

What topic will you choose for your next presentation?

Give these tools a try, and let me know how it goes!

One Media: Transform Your Workday with Google Gemini!

I want to share an amazing video I created.

It's all about Google Gemini Advanced, the assistant that works with Google Workspace.

What really grabbed me was how it can boost your productivity across Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

The video is a complete guide for beginners, and I’m betting big on Google Gemini for workspace this year because it's incredible for businesses.

I had so much fun making this video, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

One Tool: Gemini: Your AI Workspace Ally

I recently started using Gemini, and it’s quickly become an essential part of my daily routine.

If you’re already using Google Workspace, you’ll find Gemini to be an incredible assistant at work.

Imagine having an AI assistant that can help you write, plan, and learn, all within the tools you already use. That’s exactly what Gemini does. It’s like having an extra pair of hands that boosts your creativity and productivity.

Here’s why I love it:

  • It blends right into Google Workspace, so there’s no need to switch between different apps.

  • You can use it for everything from drafting emails to planning projects and creating presentations.

  • It’s powered by Google AI called Gemini, which is becoming more powerful every day.

For example, I’ve used Gemini to streamline my project planning.
