Something different this week - a tool NOT to use.

I had a terrible experience with car and van rental service, Ubeeqo. I needed to rent a van while moving house, so I booked one through the app. When I arrived at the van it couldn’t be unlocked. I tried many times but couldn’t contact them, so requested a refund and hired a removals company.

Two months later, they still haven’t refunded me despite numerous attempts to get through to customer service.

So, if you need to rent a van or a car, DON’T use Ubeeqo!
