One Framework:

The Kano Framework is designed to prioritise features based on the emotional degree to which they are likely to satisfy and delight customers. Product teams can weigh a high-satisfaction feature against its costs to implement in order to determine whether or not adding it to the roadmap is a good decision.

The Kano model identified 3 features that your product team would like to discuss. There are 2 types of features that you don’t want in your roadmap: a) “Indifferent” features - Customers don’t care about theseb) “Dissatisfaction” features - Upsets your customersThe features that you want to discuss:1) Basic Features - These are features that customers expect a product or service to have. Example: When you book an Airbnb you expect hot or cold water.

2) Excitement Features - These are the surprise elements that can really boost your product's competitive edge. They're the features that customers don't even know they want, but are delighted with when they find them.Example: In your hotel, that might be finding that the staff remembers your name, or being offered a free meal or given a box of chocolates.

3) Performance Features - These elements are not absolutely necessary, but they increase a customer's enjoyment of the product or service.

Example: Your hotel room has a 4K TV & superfast WIFI, instead of the standard WIFI & 720p TV.The Kano framework for product teams looking for a systematic approach to feature prioritisation. In addition, it helps teams that are interested in prioritising functionalities they believe will delight customers.
