Your story should be exactly that, your story. We are all different, we have different triggers, habits, and ideas that work for us but it doesn’t mean it will work for others. Make sure what you read will be right for your personality. Just because your friends wake up at 5 am & head out to the gym, doesn’t mean it is applicable to you. Know your system, and tweak it but don’t make radical changes based on others’ advice.
