Reflecting on your purpose....The Growth Letter by Tim Cakir - Issue #50
Hey everyone,
This week I’ve been learning about Ikigai, a Japanese concept about finding your purpose in life. It’s all part of the ODF program, and as a founder seeking a co-founder, now seems like the perfect time to get clear about my direction in life.
The framework for self-reflection is all based on an article from First Round Review, How to Take Personal Development Off the Backburner, which is full of useful personal development frameworks.
I recently appeared on The Growth Zone podcast where I chatted to Christian Bartsch about my mission - helping founders tap into their company’s collective intelligence. Listen below.
Christian discusses with Tim Cakir: How founders can include their team members into growth-focused discussions, tap into their collective intelligence and help execute the company’s vision.
