In this fascinating piece , Superhuman founder Rahul Vohra talks about finding a reliable way to measure product/market fit. Because, if you can measure it, you can optimize it.

According to Vohra, when at least 40% of your users say they would be “very disappointed” if they could no longer use your product, that means you’ve arrived at product/market fit. He recommends you spend “half your time doubling down on what users already love and the other half on addressing what’s holding others back”

I’m testing out Sorted 3 as a new way to schedule my to do list. I’m not sure about it yet, as I don’t normally put to do list items on a calendar, but it’s an interesting concept.
