The struggles of running a business...The Growth Letter by Tim Cakir - Issue #41
Hi everyone,
Starting a business is a difficult and lonely path. I’m on that path myself now, and I know many of you are also entrepreneurs and founders.
What can we do to keep our energy & motivation going during challenging days?
Here are my thoughts:
Take breaks: don’t force yourself to work when you’re feeling stuck. Regular breaks to do things you enjoy can replenish your energy.
Confide in friends and family: it feels like you’re all alone but sometimes what you need is a fresh perspective from someone you love.
Remind yourself of your purpose: What change are you trying to bring about? It’s easy to get lost in work and forget why you’re doing this in the first place.
I’d love to hear you’re tips for getting through the toughest times as a business owner!
