Women run the world!
Happy International women's day...
Hi everyone!
Today is a special day - happy International Women's Day!
I care so much about this day because I genuinely believe that women run the world.
About eight months ago, I saw my wife give birth to my daughter; my god, what an experience!
I saw how strong my wife was as she pushed our baby into the world with no pain killers, no epidural, no gas, nothing! I realized how weak I was next to her that day, in tears, not knowing how to help her. I see how she takes care of us every day, and I am still mesmerized by her strength.
My mom as well - how strong she is, moving to a new country, learning a new language, adapting to that country's culture and lifestyle.
She spent a lot of energy on me when I was younger and still does today. When I was younger, I wasn't easy. I'm still not easy now, but I was a problematic kid back then!
Kudos to all women for raising boys, we are difficult. All men come to life thanks to a woman!
I'm looking forward to seeing my baby daughter grow up and become a strong woman. I will try my best to support these strong women and all women worldwide.
Women run the world!

Everyone has the power to stand up against discrimination, bias, and sexism. These issues hurt workplace inclusion and productivity and hold people back from reaching their full potential. We must be allies to each other and encourage female empowerment because there’s no genuine progress unless everyone’s voice is heard.
Around the world, women are underrepresented in positions of leadership and overlooked for jobs and promotions. Yet research shows gender diversity in leadership results not only in increased transparency and action against climate change but improved problem solving and greater business benefits as well. We posted some wonderful resources from UN Women emphasizing the importance of women leaders on the Juno Talent LinkedIn page.
